STEVE

PHIL
Struggling with my new wireless phone. The guy who sold it to me said I’d be able to link it with my office, but it’s been nothing but headaches.
STEVE
Really? Where’d you get it?
PHIL
Some kid in the mall. I tried calling customer service, but I was on hold forever and when I got through, the person I talked with was no help.
STEVE
